Return instructions

 

​​We want to make your return process as smooth as possible! Please follow these simple steps to ensure a quick and hassle-free return.  

 

Step 1: Scan the QR Code attached to the clothing

Step 2: Check the Return Eligibility 

​

Items must be:  

• Unworn and unwashed (trying on is okay, but no signs of wear).  

• In original packaging with tags attached.  

• Returned within 7 days of delivery.  

• Free from stains, odors, or damage (unless it arrived faulty).  

 

Step 3: Send an email to info@libbstar.com.au with photos of fault and a reason for return. Once you receive confirmation from the LIBBSTAR team, whether its a exchange or return, go to step 4.

 

Step 4: Pack Your Item Securely  

Place the item back in its original packaging, ensuring it’s protected during shipping.  

 

Step 5: Ship the item (confirmation email from the LIBBSTAR team will confirm address)

 

Step 6: Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll process your refund or exchange. This usually takes 14 business days.  

 

Please Note:Returns that do not meet the above criteria may be rejected.
