Items that cannot be returned/exchanged:

❌ Final sale items, gift cards, or personalized/custom orders.

❌ Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery.

2. Refund Process

- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was incorrect or defective.

3. Exchanges

- If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges (subject to stock availability).

- If the item you want is out of stock, we will issue a store credit or a refund.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items
